    "description": "Project Description: Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) has a requirement for a consultant to prepare detailed design and construction documents to replace existing PLC-5 based system control and monitoring with modern hardware and software at the Canso Canal in Nova Scotia. This is a request for proposals (RFP) against the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Supply Arrangement (SA) E0225-150564. The entire list of firms from the Electrical discipline for the province of Nova Scotia has been invited. Debrief: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation.
