In managing these assets, DFATD is required to complete construction projects of various sizes, and to perform O&M work. DFATD requires a company capable of offering building envelope construction services (repair, installation, and maintenance) for Canadian missions abroad; including Chanceries, Official Residences, and Staff Quarters.
