    "description": "The University Estates and Campus Services Department will have several construction and projects to advance over the next five years which will require the selective input of external consultants, including M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) Design Services. The scope, standards, and expectations for the provision of M&E design works and associated services are to support the delivery of capital, refurbishment, and maintenance projects within Estates for the University of Dundee. The appointed M&E design consultant shall provide comprehensive design and specification information suitable for issue as part of tender documents, and support the project throughout the RIBA work stages 0 – 7 (project initiation – to completion) while ensuring construction projects deliver value for money, comply with statutory and procurement requirements, and support the University’s strategic estates objectives.",
