Over the life of the Pseudo- Dynamic Purchasing System and in response to identified need and/or policy developments, the Council - in consultation with providers - may add services to the scope of this service specification or amend existing services therein. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and tariffs will be reviewed, and potentially amended, by commissioners on an annual basis.",
