The anchor bar assemblies range in age from 30-90 years old, are in poor physical condition, and feature seized components due to a historic lack of articulation and lubrication. The contractor shall disassemble the anchor bar assemblies (as matched sets), clean/degrease all surfaces, perform non-destructive testing (NDT), inspect all components, blast/paint exposed surfaces, apply anti-corrosive treatments, and reassemble the units to tolerances.",
