The support consists of, but is not limited to, institutional and administrative strengthening, capacity-building activities, preparation of project and procurement documentation, including tender dossiers, support for effective programme monitoring, evaluation and reporting, assistance in procurement and contract management processes, as well as the organisation of communication and visibility activities related to the Programme.",
