The contract shall primarily cover operative assistance for planning, implementation and quality assurance of public procurements, but it can also include consultancy, analysis and review work, contract follow-up, process improvement and competence raising measures. The assignments can vary from short-term consultancy assignments to longer hire of resources. Norske tog intend to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer.
