    "description": "The subject of this tender is the maintenance and construction of pavements, boundary walls and other ancillary works for the Marsaskala Local Council. The following works are included: • maintenance and reconstruction of pavements (kerbs and footway); • construction of new pavements (kerbs and footway); • maintenance of rainwater culverts and rainwater runoff systems; • maintenance of roundabouts, traffic Islands and centre strips; • maintenance and construction of boundary and retaining walls; • maintenance of open spaces (paved areas of gardens, playing fields, promenade etc.); • removal of surplus material. The place of acceptance of the works shall be at Marsaskala, the time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be four (4) years.",
