The Department of National Defence (DND), Royal Military College of Canada (RMC) requires a Conductivity, Temperature, Depth (CTD) Profiler System that has a low-power, pump-free design with a conductivity cell that has no exposed contacts. The full Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) and attachments can only be accessed and downloaded when logged into your SAP Ariba account. This ACAN is open only to Canadian suppliers.
