AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and Statement of Capabilities submission must be submitted by October 26, 2026 at 14:00 EDT. Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of Natural Resources Canada (NRCAN), has a requirement for the fabrication of 9 high quality, highly impact resistant, multi-ply aluminum composite plates for defense and civilian dual use applications. The work requires the fabrication of 3-, 9-, and 27-ply aluminum plates by roll-bonding technology. The full Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) and attachments can only be accessed and downloaded when logged into your SAP Ariba account and you have filled out your Government of Canada profile.
