Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. Description: The National Research Council of Canada’s – National Master Specifications (NMS) Team requires technical translation services for construction specifications, translated from English to French on an as-and-when-required basis. The objective is to ensure all translated documents are accurate, consistent, and publication-ready in support of the NMS Team's biannual publication cycle.
