Provision of enabling works in a phased programme for the replacement of two existing x-ray systems with new along with building, mechanical and electrical works. Minor works to adjacent areas. The site is located in a central position on the ground floor of Wrexham Maelor Hospital within Radiology and adjacent to the Emergency Department with restricted access and egress. The contract is anticipated to be awarded using the JCT Minor Works with Contractor’s Design 2024 or other appropriate form of contract as determined by the Health Board.
