This Procurement is to establish a framework agreement with one supplier for Roof/Internal access equipment survey and remediation works. 78% of the value of this framework is classed as a works framework with an associated survey/service element. The second element would be to provide full reporting and rating of these assets and a remedial scope of works with costings and timeframes attached.
