This is not a formal Request for Quote (RFQ), and no contract will result from this notice, nor does it commit the Government to any acquisition for these services. The Government plans to consider all information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice. Your response will be used solely for market research purposes in the formulation of an acquisition strategy as applicable. Attached is draft PWS and Sources Sought document.
