9/23/26 - This amendment is being issued to confirm the items to be inspected are, 8 - C-Frame and 16 - SLRs only, and to extend the closing date to 9/24/26 8:00am PST. 9/22/26 - This amendment is being issued to remove the option years and to remove the over and above CLIN and extend the closing date to 9/23/2026 3:00pm PST. 9/20/26 - This is amendment is being issued to post the answers to the received vendor questions and to extend the closing date to 9/23/2026 at 12:00pm PST. Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) intends to solicit for Fall Protection Annual Inspection and Preventative Maintenance with a Base and two (2) Option Years. Please see solicitation and SOW for full details. Brand Name: This requirement is Brand Name for 3M, DBI Salas Industries, and MSA Safety, Latchways, Service providers for Fall Protection Equipment All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency. Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with RFO 12.203, the Government will select the most advantageous offer based on the following evaluation factors: technical including delivery date, price, and past performance in no order of relative importance.
