This is a Solicitation for Commercial Services prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service (NESDIS), Office of Satellite Product Operations (OSPO) has a requirement for Guyed Antenna Tower Inspections at the Fairbanks Command and Data Acquisition Station (FCDAS) in Fairbanks, AK. Quote Due Date: Quotes are due no later than September 21, 2026 at 0900 EST Questions Due Date: Questions are due no later than September 18, 2026 at 1000 EST This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) conducted under RFO 12.102(a) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) . The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 237130 with a small business size standard of $45,000,000. Amendment #0001 is hereby posted to address Vendor Questions and Government Answers. Please see attached.
