Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date from September 18th to September 21st at 12:00pm ET. ********************************* This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q1474 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for repair and installation of a new motor for the Toyota forklift (M/N: 7FBEU15 and S/N: 23155) at USDA-ARS Chapman Research Farm. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 811310 The small business size standard is $12.5M. This acquisition is an unrestricted requirement.
