This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Class Deviation (Number 25-21). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 52801PR2600000090002 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the requirement for an X-Ray System and is soliciting brand name or equivalent. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at https://www.acquisition.gov/faroverhaul. The attached document “000090002 Request for Quotation” contains the required product information, instruction to offerors and the evaluation criteria. The purchase order resulting from this solicitation will be issued as a FIRM-FIXED PRICE. All costs associated with this purchase order should be structured according to the anticipated contract type.
