Combined Synopsis Solicitation (FAR 12.202(b)) Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 140R1726Q0045 is issued as a request for quotation for Molded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCB). This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns under NAICS code 335313, Switchgear and Switchboard Apparatus Manufacturing with a Size Standard of 1,250 employees. The FSC code is 5925, Circuit Breakers. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference (See Attachment for a full list).
