Department of Transportation has a requirement for removal of Generators and installation at the United States Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point, NY. RFQ will close on September 22, 2026 at 1PM ET. Any questions must be submitted by Friday, September 18, 2026, 1PM. Limit questions no more than 1-3. See the RFQ with the Statement of Work. Quotes must include Technical proposal, Past Perofrmance one example and the price explanation and must complete the Attachment - Pricing sheet (both tabs). All quotes must be emailed to durba.ray@dot.gov; cc NarineA@usmma.edu.RFQ close on September 22, 2026 at1pm ET. Total small business set aside. Amendment one is to include Site visit scheduled on Monday, September 21, 2026 at 10:30am EDT, at 300 Steamboat Road, Kings Point, NY 11024. Please email your attendees names by today, 9/18/2026 before 2:30pm EDT to NarineA@usmma.edu; QuinnM@USMMA.edu; cc durba.ray@dot.gov. Be at the site visit timely and contact Mr. Mathew Quinn and Mr. Amit Narine at the phone number provided in the Amendmnet one. Additional pictures provided with amendment for this requirement. Additionally as to a question regarding transfer switch, see attachment 2 Amendment one for transfer switch information. The purpose Amendment two is to extend the RFQ closing date to Wednesday, September 23, 2026, 1PM EDT. All terms and conditions of the RFQ remain unchanged.
