No state, local, or sales taxes shall be applied. 3.0 Description of Requirement & Salient Characteristics (FAR 12.202(b)(1)(iii)) 3.1 Scope of Requirement This acquisition is strictly for the factory manufacture, hardware integration/preparation, protective crating, and delivery (FOB Destination) of one (1) factory-engineered, high-performance sound-attenuated wood door and split-frame assembly package. The door assembly must achieve an independently certified laboratory sound rating of Sound Transmission Class (STC) 50 or higher to satisfy federal standards for classified and secure discussion spaces (Secure Compartmented Information Facility [SCIF] / Secure Working Area [SWA] standards).
