The home care services make the vehicles an important prerequisite for carrying out daily user visits and serving varied routes between urban and rural areas. The procurement shall contribute to the municipality receiving modern vehicles that are adapted to local driving conditions and actual use. It is particularly important that the vehicles have good accessibility, are simple to use, have sufficient range for daily operations and contribute to safe and stable service performance throughout the entire contract period.
