Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO), is issuing a Solicitation of Offers (SoO) to support CIPO’s Information Technology (IT) Modernization Phase 3 (ITM3) initiative. This initiative encompasses two workstreams: CIPO Digital Services (CDS) and Intellectual Property Rights Management Services (IPRMS).
