Reissue of Solicitation of Offers. This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number WS5549871993 dated August 18, 2026 with a closing of September 17, 2026 at 2:00PM EDT A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation of offers. The response time deadline is 14:00 EDT. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide supply a vessel (boat or barge) to safely deploy sensors and shapes in various locations in the Bedford Basin, Halifax Harbour and approaches within 20 nautical miles of shore on an as and when requested basis to Defence Research and Development Canada Atlantic.
