Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is issuing this RFI on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND) and Canadian Armed Forces (CAF). The purpose of this RFI is to provide DND with information on how to optimally sustain the legacy military payroll systems using managed services and assist the future transition to a new payroll solution.
