Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by October 13, 2026 at 14:00EST. All bids submitted after 14:00EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Forensic Document Examination section (FDES) of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has a requirement for the supply and delivery of one high resolution digital microscope, to be delivered to Ottawa, Ontario. Offerors must meet the mandatory requirements detailed in the Request for Proposal.
