ATTENTION: All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 25 November 2026 14:00 EST. The Defence Investment Agency, on behalf of the Department of National Defence, is seeking offers from qualified Stream 1 Supply Arrangement holders under the Defence Drone Initiative for the acquisition of a Littoral Uncrewed Aircraft System (UAS) capability. The requirement supports domestic operations conducted by the Canadian Army, including intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance activities, situational awareness, force protection, disaster response, search and rescue support, infrastructure assessment, training, and experimentation. The procurement includes the supply and delivery of a minimum of eighty (80) UAS systems, associated payloads, ground control stations, support equipment, technical publications, spare parts, software and firmware support, and train-the-trainer services. The requirement also includes airworthiness support, cybersecurity assurance, supply chain security, spectrum supportability, configuration management, and lifecycle sustainment requirements.
