5P468-26-0149/A Stage 2- 2026 Lake Louise Annex Compound Roof Replacement, Banff National Park REQUIREMENT Parks Canada requires a new roof on our Lake Louise Annex Compound building (roughly 9,120 square feet). The Roof will need to be removed down to the structural decking and replaced with a modified 2-ply bitumen flat roof system including insulation, vapour barrier and replacing all flashings, vents and drains. Additionally, roughly 1500 square feet of water damaged roof decking structure will also need replacing. TWO STAGE SELECTION PROCESS This posting is the Stage Two of a two-stage solicitation process: the first stage was to evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers. The second stage (Stage Two) is to invite the qualified suppliers to provide further qualifications and a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Only qualified suppliers have been invited to bid.
