This includes considerations for both the regulated community and key industry stakeholders such as certified installers, professional engineers, project managers, consultants, and manufacturers. The Contractor must assess the most common and practical procedures currently used in the industry for the installation, maintenance, including leak detection options, and decommissioning of various types of storage tank systems located in Canada. The Contractor must review applicable requirements under the National Fire Code of Canada (NFCC), CSA B139 Installation Code for Oil-Burning Equipment, the CCME Code of Practice, and any other authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) with best requirements for protecting against fuel contamination.
