The programme may be fully deliberative or use a hybrid approach combining in-depth deliberation with wider participation. Contract Term: We anticipate appointing the successful supplier in December 2026, with delivery commencing immediately thereafter. Engagement activity is expected to take place around February/March 2027, with a final report submitted thereafter.
