This notice is ammended to change site visit date from October 28 to October 29, 2026 at 9:00AM EST (local time) and to change the due date for the receipt of offers from November 3 to read November 5, 2006. No other changes are either expressed or implied. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The 156th Wing, at the Muniz Air National Guard Base, Carolina, Puerto Rico intends to issue a Request for Quotes conducted under the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 procedures for commercial services to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all supervision, transportation, labor, materials, equipment, fuel and any other needed materials and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished items, to supply and install two 10-ton unit to replace existing piece of equipment that has failed . Currently, HVAC unit are inoperable and/or confronting problems to cycle completion due to main compressor leaks. The main purpose of this project is to provide a new unit to reach adequate temperature control in the working areas located at Bldg.11, Muñiz Air National Guard Base, Carolina, Puerto Rico. Work shall be in accordance to instructions and specifications contained in the Statement of Works (SOW) incorporated in this solicitation. Contract completion time is 30 calendar days after receipt of contract to include inspection and punch lists. KEY SOLICITATION DETAILS: Set-Aside: 100% Small Business Set-Aside NAICS Code: 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors Small Business Size Standard: $19M Period of Performance (PoP): 30 Days after receipt of contract SITE VISIT INFORMATION: Our agency will host a site visit on October 28, 2026, 9:00 AM AST (local time), to be held at the 156th Wing Bldg.11, Muñiz Air National Guard Base, Carolina, Puerto Rico. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend. Although not mandatory, scheduled site visit is critical. We are trying to mitigate potential risks and damages for the government and contractor by showcasing the project level of effort. We suggest you carry all necessary material to take notes/measurements during the visit, as needed. No questions will not be answered during the visit, instead they will be answered in writing by responding to questions via requests for information (RFI), The solicitation and associated information will be available only from the Contract Opportunities page at SAM.gov. To obtain installation access, interested parties must submit a request for attendance no later than 2:00 PM EST on October 27, 2026, to angel.solis.2@us.af.mil The request for attendance must include: Firm Name and Telephone Number Visitor (s) Name Copy of valid Real ID Act compliant Driver’s License and or US Passport. IMPORTANT BASE ACCESS NOTICE: 156th Wing Combat Communications Squadron Punta Borinquen Air National Guard Base is a secure Air Force installation. Access is controlled strictly by security forces. For those processing on-site, you must bring a valid state/federal ID, current vehicle registration, and proof of vehicle insurance. Concealed carry, open carry, and personal firearms of any kind are strictly prohibited on the installation. REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION (RFIs): Requests for Information shall be submitted on or before 2:00 PM CT on October 31, 2026, to the following email address: angel.solis.2@us.af.mil . Information provided at the site visits, as well as questions, shall not change/qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation. Any needed changes to the solicitation will be implemented via a formal amendment.
