The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01, together with the applicable FAR and HHSAR class deviations in effect as of the date of this solicitation. The applicable Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) Wage Determination is Wage Determination No. 2015-5395 Revision No. 30 and is incorporated into this solicitation.
