SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE Integrated Sustainment for Item Unique Identification (IUID) Marking Systems Fleet Contracting Activity: AFSC OL:H/PZIEA Anticipated NAICS: 811310 Anticipated PSC/FSC: J036 Response Due Date: 28 September 2026 NOTICE: This is not a solicitation. 1. This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Notice (SSN) / Market Survey conducted pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 (Market Research). This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP), Invitation for Bid (IFB), or solicitation, nor does it represent a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. 2. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the U.S. Government to form a binding contract. 3. No Reimbursement: The Government will not reimburse any interested party for costs incurred in preparing, submitting, or providing information in response to this synopsis, nor for any follow-up information or discussions. All participation is strictly voluntary and at the respondent’s expense. 4. Purpose: The Government will use the market research information obtained via this Sources Sought to determine the most advantageous acquisition strategy, identify potential prime contractors, assess small business capabilities, evaluate competition, and determine the feasibility of socioeconomic set-asides for the procurement of total integrated sustainment for the AFSC fleet of sixty (60) IUID marking systems in support of the Air Force IUID Program. REQUIREMENT The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) requires total integrated sustainment for its geographically distributed fleet of sixty (60) Item Unique Identification (IUID) marking systems. The Air Force IUID Program ensures end-to-end asset visibility, inventory accountability, and lifecycle traceability for critical weapon system parts and depot-level repairables across the Air Force logistics complex. SCOPE OF SUPPORT SERVICES REQUIRED TRIAD II Software licensing, maintenance, patch management, and cybersecurity support. Onsite Part-Marking Support Hardware and Software Inventory and Configuration Management Hardware Maintenance and Troubleshooting Status Meetings and Program Reviews OEM Hardware Maintenance: Teardown, Evaluation, and Shipping Equipment and Process Training Reports, Metrics, and Data Deliverables Please see attached equipment list for IUID cart information.
