Registration Requirements: Offerors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov to be eligible for contract consideration. No documents or additional information will be available until the solicitation is issued. Licensing Requirements: In accordance with DOSAR 652.242-73 AUTHORIZATION AND PERFORMANCE (AUG 1999), all contractors must possess the necessary permits and licenses to conduct business in Spain.
