THIS POSTING IS FOR SBA Certified Women Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) ONLY UDATE 01 - 15 October 2026 1) The site visit for this requirement was conducted on 15 October 2026 2) RFI's are due 22 October 2026 @ 1400 (2:00 pm) CST 3) Send RFI's to SSgt Isaac Demmers at isaac.demmers@us.af.mil 4) The site visit sign in sheet has been posted in the attachments THIS POSTING IS FOR SBA Certified Women Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) ONLY After review of the project specific documents, if you are a SBA Certified WOSB, please send an email to the Contracting Points of Contact as an RSVP stating you are interested in attending the Initial Site Visit. Your RSVP email must be received within 5 calendar days from the posting of this project. In you RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access. If anyone requires base access, you must forward with your RSVP, the Entry Access List (EAL) so that we can know how many personnel require base access. After receipt of your RSVP and EAL if required, Initial Site Visit is set for Thursday, 15 October, 2026 at 0900 (9:00 am) CST. The meet up location for the site visit will be at the North West Parking lot of Building 9001. Approximate coordinates are: 35°23'43.9"N 97°23'56.8"W -- An attachment titled "Site Visit Meet Up Location" can be found in the attachments and gives the specific details and visual for the meet up point. You must attend the initial Site Vist for the project, to be considered eligible to propose.
