This is a Sources Sought Notice Only. It is neither a solicitation nor a Request for Quote (RFQ) and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Requests for quote will not receive a response. The Government will reimburse any costs associated with preparing a response to this notice. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to conduct market research, identified potential qualified vendors and determine their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification under North American Industry Classification System 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing (size standard: 800 employees). The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 8), is seeking sources capable of providing Edwards SAPIEN 3 Ultra Resilia Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) with Commander System in 23mm, 26mm, 29mm, 20mm, and Pascal Precision System Mitral/PASCAL ACE Implant System for the Veteran Integrative Service Network (VISN 8) as consignment agreement delivery method under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. Concerns may respond by submitting a qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name Company Address Point of Contact Phone, Fax, and Email System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Code Capability Statement specific to the technical requirements and include product brochure, if possible. Provide evidence that your firm can provide the requested items, including past and/or current contracts for the same requirements, and any other compelling evidence to help the Government determine your company s capabilities. To be eligible for an award, prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at: www.sam.gov/content/home.
