The Government intends to award a single-award, firm-fixed-price (FFP), indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with a Base Period and four one-year option periods. Services include interpretation of diagnostic imaging studies and associated support services for participating Phoenix Area IHS facilities. This acquisition is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside under NAICS 621512. Offerors shall review the solicitation and all attachments for complete requirements, proposal instructions, and evaluation criteria.
