***UPDATE: 8 OCTOBER 2026*** The estimated annual electricity volume to be contracted is 87.900 MWh. ***END OF UPDTE*** The United States Navy is seeking to understand how industry leaders utilize advanced pricing, hedging, and integration modelsincluding hybrid power purchase agreements (PPAs), battery storage, "multi-click" dynamic pricing, and updated collective self-consumption structuresto optimize costs and manage risk for large-scale, high-voltage consumers.
