Flight Attendant Uniforms

The 89th Operations Group (OG) is looking to establish a new Blanket Purchase Agreement for flight attendant uniform items for the next five years. There were changes to the flight attendant uniform regulations, DAFI 36-2903, changing the uniform from blue to black and now need to purchase new uniforms to avoid mismatching. While the uniforms will be used by military personnel, this requirement is not unique to the military as the uniforms are purchased by commercial companies and civilians. There is a total of 69 different uniform items needed for this year, for both male and female flight attendants. The items consist of aprons, dresses, blazers, vests, blouses, shirts, skirt, belts, overcoats, cardigans, slacks, nametag, ties, scarves, pearls, tie clasp/tie rack, utility shirt "polo", chefs coat, and shoes. Each item will need to be for different sizes and quantity for each year. Responses will be due September 25, 2026.
