All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following requirements: All quotes must be accompanied by requirements/specifications to be considered. Only complete quotes with the REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS will be considered. REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS: High-throughput turbomolecular pumping station with high compression ratio. Integrated with controller and backing pump on a rolling cart. Must be compatible with KF-40 fittings. Overall Pumping Speed: >=200 L/s (nitrogen) Base Pressure : < 1e-10 Torr Pump down time: <5 min to achieve 1e-5 Torr Backing pump: Dry scroll pump >200 L/min Vacuum gauge: atmosphere to <1e-8 Torr Includes all cables, controllers, and hoses Additional fittings to be included: KF-40 Tee, stainless steel KF-40 to KF-25 adapter, stainless steel KF-25 to KF-16 adapter, stainless steel
