Qué solicita el órgano de contratación
The contracting authority needs external assistance for planning and implementing public procurements on behalf of itself, the ICT cooperation and the participating municipalities. The need is currently covered by a framework agreement with Inventura AS. This agreement will run until 1 December 2026.
