Regional Purchasing in the Kongsvinger Region (RIIK) wishes to enter into a framework agreement for the supply of heating oil and bulk diesel. RIIK is the contract manager for the framework agreement. The agreement is to be concluded on behalf of the following customers: • Kongsvinger municipality • Sør-Odal municipality • Våler municipality • Åsnes municipality • Glåmdal Intermunicipal Waste Management Company (GIR) • Glåmdal Intermunicipal Water and Sewage Company (GIVAS) • Glåmdal Fire Department IKS (GBI) • Solør Waste Management IKS (SOR) • Eidskog municipality (Option) • Grue municipality (Option)
