Qué solicita el órgano de contratación
The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency has a continuous emerging need for evaluations of various structural problems and needs assistance with the implementation of numeric simulations, as well as the development of calculation methods and simple software tools. The framework agreement shall ensure access to consultancy services within structural problems involving work on advanced strength calculations on different structures subject to extreme loads from threat events.
