Obiectul contractului îl reprezintă achiziționarea carburanți pe bază de carduri pentru autoturismele din dotarea parcului auto al BNR și pentru utilajele de mică mecanizare și generatoare din dotarea structurilor BNR, conform specificatiilor prezentate in documentatie. Număr zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor =19. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar si complet tuturor acestor solicitări de clarificare în maxim a 11-a zi înainte de termenul stabilit pentru Depunerea ofertelor.
