INVITATION TO QUOTE Date: 30/09/2026 Project Title Tuvalu Safe and Resilient Aviation Project Source of Funding (loan/credit/grant etc) IDA-E1970 Contract Name Construction of TNCW Office (One-storey) Contract Ref TV-MTET-531845-CW-RFQ 1. This project is financed by the World Bank through the above loan credit no.IDA-E1970. The Ministry of Transport, Energy, Communication and Innovation invites sealed quotations from eligible bidders for the construction of a one-storey office building for Tuvalu National Council of Women (TNCW). 2. Eligible bidders should have experience in the construction of at least one contract of the nature and complexity equivalent to the Works described in this Invitation, during the last three years and should provide evidence of financial resources to successfully complete the Works for at least 20% of the value of the works, in addition to requirements for works currently in progress. 3. A complete set of Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents in English will be provided to interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below. 4. The estimated budget for the Contract is AUD 1.1 million, inclusive of VAT, Provisional Sums and contingencies. Quotations exceeding the estimated budget will not be rejected solely on that basis and will continue to be evaluated in accordance with the RFQ. 5. Quotations must be submitted to the address below on or before October 12, 2026 . Late quotations may be rejected. 6.
