Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) For Office Cleaning for Housing Services Centre (HSC) Esquimalt This requirement is for: Department of National Defence (DND) – Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA) 1. CFHA, within DND, has a requirement for office cleaning for Housing Service Center Esquimalt 2. Publication All solicitation documents will be published at the same time as this NPP on CanadaBuys (GETS). 3. Point(s) of delivery HSC Esquimalt 4. Security Requirements There are security requirements associated with this requirement. Please note that bidders do not need to have the required clearance to submit a bid. For additional information, consult clause 2.1 – Security Requirements – Resulting Contract Clauses. Level of Security Requirement: Minimum Corporate Security Required: RELIABILITY Minimum Resource Security Required: RELIABILITY NOTE: All bidders must complete and submit AFR form to cfha.contracts@forces.gc.ca, which can be found in clause: 3.7. Security Documentation a. AFR Form. 5. Proposed period of contract The proposed period of contract shall be from January 1st, 2027, to December 31st, 2027. Documents may be submitted in either official language. 7. Debriefings: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
