Develop the agreed preliminary design into a full detailed design. Ensure all design work complies with current relevant standards. Deliverables include: 1. Completed specifications, bill of quantities, drawings (CAD and PDF), CDM health & safety information, and risk/issue logs. Maintenance plan and schedule. 2. Design and check certificates
