SOLICITATION UPDATE – NOVEMBER 3, 2026 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Bryan, is providing an update to Solicitation 15B50427Q00000001 for the supply and delivery of two (2) 25-ton packaged air-conditioning units with gas heat. The quotation submission deadline is Monday, November 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (10:00 a.m. Central Time). The Government has reviewed questions received from prospective quoters and is providing additional clarification through Attachment 4 – Vendor Questions and Government Responses. Prospective quoters shall review all solicitation documents, applicable amendments, and Attachment 4 before submitting quotations. The Government’s written responses are intended to clarify the technical specifications, delivery requirements, and quotation instructions. The solicitation remains a 100% total small business set-aside under NAICS code 333415. Quotations shall be submitted electronically to r3phillips@bop.gov by the deadline stated above. All other solicitation terms and conditions remain unchanged except as expressly modified by a formal solicitation amendment. This extension is being provided to allow the Government additional time to review and respond to questions received from prospective quoters. A formal solicitation amendment and consolidated Government responses to vendor questions will be posted to SAM.gov. Notice of Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the applicable Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12 procedures. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; quotations are requested, and no separate written solicitation will be issued beyond the RFQ documents included in this posting. This acquisition is a 100% total small business set-aside. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference and in full text as provided in Attachment 2. Requirement The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp - Bryan, seeks a responsible small business to supply and deliver two (2) 25-ton single-packaged air-conditioning units with gas heat, 208/230V, three-phase, 60 Hz, for Government installation at the ICC Building. This is a supply-and-delivery-only acquisition; installation is not included. Equipment and materials shall conform to Attachment 3, Statement of Work/Specifications. Quotations shall identify the manufacturer and model of the proposed units and include complete manufacturer product data sheets and specifications demonstrating compliance with the SOW. The Government-approved SOW controls the technical requirement. Delivery destination: Federal Bureau of Prisons, FPC Bryan, 1100 Ursuline Avenue, Bryan, TX 77803. Deliveries may be received Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., excluding Federal holidays, as stated in the SOW. FOB destination.
