Awarded vendor must be registered or willing to register with EDI/Vendor Portal prior to award. **QUOTED PRICES SHALL BE FOB DESTINATION. ***Attached RFQ document and MIL-STD-129R must be completed, signed and returned prior to date of closing. Incomplete quotes or quotes received after date and time of closing will not be considered for award.
