Solicitation Specifications, Section 00 73 00 – Supplementary Conditions, Paragraph L. - COMMENCEMENT, PROSECUTION, AND COMPLETION OF WORK (APR 1984), the Period of Performance is amended as detailed in the SUMMARY OF CHANGES. This will allow for work to occur during the 2029 and 2030 In Water Work Window years. Environmental permits remain unchanged by this amendment. Marine Mammal protections as listed in the specification, and as governed by the IHA, included with the Attachments, remain in effect for the permitted years. No in water work, that is governed by IHA, will be allowed beyond the IHA permit years allowed. (SEE ATTACHED AMENDMENT FOR CHANGES) *** 03 September 2026 - Amendment W9127N26BA0240002 Bonneville Lock and Dam - Navigation Lock 1 Bridge Replacement*** This amendment effects changes to block 13 of Standard Form 1442, the Solicitation Specifications, Section 00 21 13 – Instruction to Bidders, and Section 00 21 00 – Instructions. Additionally, it extends the solicitation period and provides for an additional site visit. The Solicitation Period is extended by 20 calendar days which changes the Solicitation Closing Date from September 18, 2026, to October 8, 2026. Site Visit Registration. Send an email to Michael R.
